This program aims to support access to quality Education for Vulnerable Children. Mshikamano Foundation does this through both Advocacy activities and, in some cases, service provision.

Areas of intervention include: Advocacy for improving access to quality Education for Vulnerable children, sponsorship, Support for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs), construction of structures including classrooms, water and sanitation facilities, access to reading materials, science equipment, and computers.

Mshikamano Foundation supports Children out of school with life skills. The Mshikamano Foundation supports the establishment of skills training centers. Such skills include tailoring, computing skills, bakery, Music, art, etc

Mshikamano Foundation supports training for teachers who, in most cases, have not completed their education certificates but would like to acquire them.

In a community where families often struggle to provide more than one meal a day, education costs present yet another challenge in their day-to-day lives.

Many children don’t go to school only because their families can’t afford it. We believe that ensuring children have access to education is crucial. The present and future generations depend on it.

Mshikamano Foundation offers a Child Sponsorship scheme as another way of supporting rural women enabling children to go to school and freeing up women to focus on their own skills and income prospects.

Our Child education sponsorship programs aim to provide vulnerable children with access to quality education, covering school fees, uniforms, and other essential materials, ultimately empowering them to break the cycle of poverty and achieve their potential.
